Move Fitness + Health is movement for everyone, everywhere. MFH classes range from 10-50 minutes, use minimal to no equipment, and are exclusively formulated to build long, lean muscle tone. Designed to empower and motivate all bodies at all levels, every MFH class offers low-impact modifications and encouragement to connect with your body and mind.

In the app, discover over 175 on-demand classes, with new classes added weekly, the ability to filter classes by body-focus and category, and programs that will keep you on track.

MFH Class Formats:
MOVE: Full body workout ranging from 30-50 minutes. Includes light cardio, shadowboxing, and strength training. Think: pilates + yoga + cardio + barre.
TONE: Full body workout with an emphasis on stretching, toning, and lengthening and no cardio or jumping.
HIIT: Full body interval-training workout, ranging from 20-45 minutes. Includes cardio intervals, shadowboxing, and more.
FORM: Slowed-down workouts that focus on form and take you back to the basics.
BOX: Full body kickboxing workout featuring the best of karate, MMA and muay thai.
BODY FOCUS: Shorter classes focusing on a single body group, like abs, arms, or lower body.
